Welcome to Presentify AI. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined here. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("the user") and Presentify AI. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
Presentify AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for updates. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Presentify AI, you affirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and agree to comply with these Terms. Presentify AI may, at its sole discretion, deny access to any user at any time without explanation.
2. Scope of Use
Presentify AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. This license may be withdrawn or restricted at any time, with or without notice, and for reasons deemed appropriate by Presentify AI.
Users are expected to use the platform in good faith. Any misuse, including but not limited to reverse-engineering, unauthorized reproduction of outputs, or attempting to interfere with the platform’s operations, will result in immediate termination of access.
The outputs generated by Presentify AI are for your personal or business use, but Presentify AI retains proprietary control over the tools, designs, and methodologies used in their creation.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Presentify AI, including its software, templates, designs, and branding, remain the exclusive property of Presentify AI or its licensors.
While the specific outputs generated for your prompts may be used by you, Presentify AI retains an ongoing, royalty-free right to utilize anonymized data and outputs for platform improvement, marketing, or research purposes, as deemed appropriate. Users cannot claim exclusivity over any feature or style available on the platform.
4. Uploaded Content
By submitting prompts, images, or other materials to Presentify AI, you represent and warrant that you have the legal rights to do so. Presentify AI is not responsible for the content you submit, including any inaccuracies, infringements, or liabilities arising from its use.
While Presentify AI generally does not retain user-uploaded materials, there may be circumstances where such data is temporarily stored or used for troubleshooting, compliance, or enhancement purposes. This usage is solely at the discretion of Presentify AI.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Presentify AI operates on a paid subscription model for certain features. Payment details must be accurate and up-to-date. Users authorize Presentify AI to charge applicable fees as outlined during the subscription process.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Presentify AI reserves the right to adjust fees at any time, and continued use after any fee adjustment constitutes agreement to the new rates. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable laws.
6. Limitations of Use
Presentify AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While every effort is made to ensure reliability, Presentify AI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Outputs are based on user-provided inputs, and their accuracy or appropriateness is not guaranteed.
The user assumes all risks associated with the use of the platform and agrees not to hold Presentify AI liable for any inaccuracies, lost opportunities, or indirect damages resulting from platform usage.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Presentify AI’s liability to users is strictly limited. Under no circumstances shall Presentify AI, its affiliates, employees, or licensors be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Presentify AI’s total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the six months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Presentify AI, its affiliates, and employees against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights. Presentify AI reserves the right to assume exclusive defense of any claim at its sole discretion.
9. Termination of Access
Presentify AI reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict user access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Such decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Presentify AI and are not subject to appeal. Upon termination, all rights granted to the user under these Terms shall cease.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
