Wait for the merged deck
A complete generated deck includes individual slide files and one merged PowerPoint file.
Download should appear only after the merge artifact has passed validation. PPTX download is on paid plans; the free plan lets you preview and present every slide.
Open the file before sending
A quick local open catches missing fonts, company-specific edits, and final wording changes before the deck reaches an audience.
If you plan to present from another machine, also open the deck and rehearse on that device.
Share the source and the final
Keep the PPTX for future updates. When you want a stable viewing copy, save a PDF from PowerPoint and share that. Browse proposal templates.
